Constipation relief from an unlikely source



Here's a relief from constipation you can try. Have you ever been driving down the road and you a see a sing that has these letters spelled out, "PHO." What this is a type of soup. The origin is from Vietname and called Pho (fa-a). The broth used in Pho is mainly water and some spices.

This meal is rich in fiber, thanks to the bean sprouts and other vegetables that are included in it. So the best thing to do if you’re feeling constipated is to eat water rich foods like soup to help make your stool softer in your colon. This will help remedy your constipation problems.
