Are you stressed?

If so, that's probably why you can't have a bowel movement. Try to do activities that help relieve stress. Exercise is one of the best ways to release tension. Go on a mini vacation or even a simple walk will help you relax more.

When your body and mind is relaxed, you won't be so tense when you try to have a bowel movement. One of the things stress does is make you tense up and when it comes to having a bowel movement, your body needs to be relaxed.
