Does your mood affect your regularity?

Something that you may not have know, depression may trigger constipation or make it worse. If you're constipated and feeling depressed, try reducing stress through yoga, exercise, and other relaxation techniques that may help. Acupressure or shiatsu massage may help as well. A trained massage therapist can massage the abdomen area and it may help relax the muscles that support the intestines and get your bowels moving again. 

If you're still feeling down, try and do something you enjoy to help lift your spirits. Some play sports, while others paint, read books or just people watch. What ever it maybe, do it, relax and be happier, your colon is depending on it.
